Background – Born in 1963 in Los Angeles, California, Richard Blech achieved his formal education in Switzerland when he completed a BA degree in Business Administration at the Business School Lausanne in 1994. Before launching his first entrepreneurial venture, Richard gained invaluable experience in business administration and management in the United States and Europe. Richard settled on the European mainland where he lived for 20 years before returning to California nearby his offices in Irvine.

Michael Feinberg, with over 18 years of Executive IT Management, Systems, and Architecture experience, serves as Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Secure Channels, Inc. As a certified expert in Enterprise Architecture on Oracle, IBM, and other leading technology platforms, Mr. Feinberg is driving Secure Channels’ high-tech cryptography and security vision and ensuring the company’s ability to scale upward at the speed of innovation.

Previously, he served as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Strategic Global Advisors, a $4.2 Billion AUM institutional funds manager. Mr. Feinberg was responsible for designing the data model, big data, flow and accuracy for worldwide stock portfolios driving a quantitative portfolio model. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of American Tours International, the largest inbound hotel travel receptive in the United States where he was responsible for the development of high-volume data systems, architecting sophisticated connections to Fortune 100 hotel chains, and implementing a network capable of executing tens of thousands of daily financial transactions.
With a broad background of information systems design, Mr. Feinberg also has experience in the aerospace industry where he created strike fighter jet software for Raytheon, lead tech teams and created ultra-high performance networks for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Certified and currently fluent in multiple major programming languages; Mr. Feinberg demonstrates his passion for technology as a keynote speaker and visionary IT expert for the IAOP and other televised panels internationally. In 2014 Mr. Feinberg shared a stage with the CTO of IBM China in Beijing for the Devott Global IT Leadership Conference. In 2013 Michael was nominated for CIO magazine’s CIO of the Year as well as the CIO Top 100 Award. Michael Feinberg holds a BS in Computer Science from Michigan State University.
Henry J. Sienkiewicz

Henry J. Sienkiewicz is the former Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Designated Authorizing Authority (DAA) for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), the provider of information technology services for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), its mission partners, and the Executive Office of the President (EOP). In that role, he served as the senior decision authority and was personally liable for the cyber security posture of the DoD’s enterprise level networks and computing services, to include the White House Communications Agency (WHCA) and the Situation Room.

Henry is also a Fellow at the Department of Homeland Security’s Borders, Trade, and Immigration Institute, which is part of the University of Houston, and an adjutant faculty member at Georgetown University. Prior to joining federal service, Henry served as an executive with multiple technology companies, primarily in the travel industry. In 2013, ComputerWorld named Henry as a Premier100.
Henry is a best-selling author in cyber security and philosophy; his works primarily concentrate on the intersection of technology and humanity. His most recent book is “The Art of Cyber Conflict,” an Amazon best-seller, is an unclassified, doctrinal piece that uses Sun Tzu’s “The Art of War” as a baseline to understand cyber.

Adam leverages more than 20 years of experience in the security, defense, intelligence and government contracting industries. During this time, Mr. Firestone has provided executive leadership and routinely conceived and led security, Cloud, service oriented architecture (SOA) and other complex system and system of systems engineering and design efforts.

He has led a cybersecurity organization, designing and marketing solutions specifically for United States government (USG) customers. He led the defense and federal subsidiary of a global Cloud-native middleware company where he designed advanced technology solutions for the challenges faced by the military, intelligence and government organizations. Adam has a patented invention for ensuring multilevel data security. Additionally, Mr. Firestone is an adjunct professor at Georgetown University, where he teaches graduate courses in systems engineering and technology management. He graduated from Yale University, is a former United States Army officer, and also possesses a legal background, holding a Juris Doctorate, and having practiced law in New York.

Deirdre Murphy is a seasoned professional with diverse strategic marketing, sales and social media expertise leading world class entertainment, technology and other innovative brands. Key areas of leadership within the startup culture include sales, guerilla and niche marketing, multi-platform social media and partnership development. Her strong reputation within the entertainment industry has roots in her screen writing, journalism, campaign marketing, program development and speech writing.

Before working as a CFO and Controller in Los Angeles for a number of start- up technology and printing companies, he was a senior manager of accounting at SystemOne, a technology subsidiary of Continental Airlines in Miami before moving to Los Angeles in 1994. As a CPA licensed in California and Florida, Mr. Hebeler holds deep experience in corporate taxation, IRS and State matters along with corporate accounting and auditing. He holds Master Degrees in Business Administration and in Accounting, and a Law Degree.

Hilary has spent over 15 years working in the defense, intelligence and cybersecurity industries. She spent the majority of her career with a large defense contractor in the D.C. area, providing technical leadership and project management to a number of programs across the Department of Defense including the CVN 21 Future Aircraft Carriers Program and U.S. Air Force Special Operations Command’s Next Generation Remotely Piloted Aircraft Command and Control Operations Center.

Her work focused on requirements engineering; modeling and simulation; enterprise and system architecture development and analysis; and system of systems design, integration and test.
Most recently, Hilary served in an executive role at US-based subsidiary of a global anti-malware provider. In this role, she guided and executed efforts to engineer and deliver unique and otherwise unobtainable cyber threat information to customers within the US government and US national critical infrastructure sectors. Hilary holds an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and a master’s degree in Systems Engineering from George Mason University.
VP Cryptography Engineering
Jonathan Katz serves as Secure Channels VP of Cryptography Engineering. Jonathan is a Professor of Computer Science at the University of Maryland, and Director of the Maryland Cybersecurity Center. His research interests lie broadly in the fields of cryptography, privacy, and the science of cybersecurity. He is a co-author of the widely used textbook “Introduction to Modern Cryptography,” now in its second edition, as well as a monograph on digital signature schemes.

He has served as the program chair for the annual Crypto conference and as an editor for the Journal of Cryptology, and is a member of the steering committee for the IEEE Cybersecurity Initiative and the State of Maryland Cybersecurity Council.
Katz received an undergraduate degree in mathematics from MIT, and a PhD in computer science from Columbia University. He received an NSF CAREER award in 2005, was a member of the DARPA Computer Science Study Group from 2009-2010, and received a Humboldt Research Award in 2015. He has held visiting appointments at UCLA, the École Normale Supérieure (Paris, France), and the IBM T.J. Watson Research Center

Keith is nothing short of a legend. Keith’s background includes playing for the legendary Coach John Wooden at UCLA, where he was an integral part of Wooden’s first two NCAA Championship teams. Coach Wooden said of Keith” He is the best athlete that I ever coached.” Keith went on to be on the US Men’s Olympic Volleyball team and playing for the 1972 Los Angeles Lakers NBA Champion team.
