Previously, he served as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Strategic Global Advisors, a $4.2 Billion AUM institutional funds manager. Mr. Feinberg was responsible for designing the data model, big data, flow and accuracy for worldwide stock portfolios driving a quantitative portfolio model. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of American Tours International, the largest inbound hotel travel receptive in the United States where he was responsible for the development of high-volume data systems, architecting sophisticated connections to Fortune 100 hotel chains, and implementing a network capable of executing tens of thousands of daily financial transactions. With a broad background of information systems design, Mr. Feinberg also has experience in the aerospace industry where he created strike fighter jet software for Raytheon, lead tech teams and created ultra-high performance networks for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
