Background – Born in 1963 in Los Angeles, California, Richard Blech achieved his formal education in Switzerland when he completed a BA degree in Business Administration at the Business School Lausanne in 1994. Previously, he served as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Strategic Global Advisors, a $4.2 Billion AUM institutional funds manager. Mr. Feinberg was responsible for designing the data model, big data, flow and accuracy for worldwide stock portfolios driving a quantitative portfolio model. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of American Tours International, the largest inbound hotel travel receptive in the United States where he was responsible for the development of high-volume data systems, architecting sophisticated connections to Fortune 100 hotel chains, and implementing a network capable of executing tens of thousands of daily financial transactions.
With a broad background of information systems design, Mr. Feinberg also has experience in the aerospace industry where he created strike fighter jet software for Raytheon, lead tech teams and created ultra-high performance networks for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Certified and currently fluent in multiple major programming languages; Mr. Feinberg demonstrates his passion for technology as a keynote speaker and visionary IT expert for the IAOP and other televised panels internationally. As a CPA licensed in California and Florida, Mr. Hebeler holds deep experience in corporate taxation, IRS and State matters along with corporate accounting and auditing. Jonathan Katz serves as Secure Channels VP of Cryptography Engineering. Jonathan is a Professor of Computer Science at the University of Maryland, and Director of the Maryland Cybersecurity Center. His research interests lie broadly in the fields of cryptography, privacy, and the science of cybersecurity. He is a co-author of the widely used textbook “Introduction to Modern Cryptography,” now in its second edition, as well as a monograph on digital signature schemes.

He received an NSF CAREER award in 2005, was a member of the DARPA Computer Science Study Group from 2009-2010, and received a Humboldt Research Award in 2015. Hilary has spent over 15 years working in the defense, intelligence and cybersecurity industries. She spent the majority of her career with a large defense contractor in the D.C. area, providing technical leadership and project management to a number of programs across the Department of Defense including the CVN 21 Future Aircraft Carriers Program and U.S. Air Force Special Operations Command’s Next Generation Remotely Piloted Aircraft Command and Control Operations Center.

Most recently, Hilary served in an executive role at US-based subsidiary of a global anti-malware provider. In this role, she guided and executed efforts to engineer and deliver unique and otherwise unobtainable cyber threat information to customers within the US government and US national critical infrastructure sectors.
